About Robert A. Angle

Robert Angle is a partner in Troutman Sanders’ Intellectual Property practice group and regularly represents litigants in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western District of Virginia. Robert has substantial experience litigating and counseling clients in complex litigation and intellectual property matters, including disputes involving patent, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret violations, unfair competition and antitrust claims.  Robert has also published articles and made presentations about litigating intellectual property cases in Virginia and is a co-author of several articles on litigating patent cases in the "Rocket Docket"of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Prior to joining Troutman Sanders, Robert clerked for the Honorable James C. Cacheris, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Rob Brooke is a partner in the Intellectual Property practice group with Troutman Sanders LLP. About Bernard G. Pike

Bernard Pike is a registered patent attorney in the Intellectual Property practice group with Troutman Sanders LLP. His practice focuses on intellectual property related issues, including an extensive trademark and patent prosecution practice and infringement issues. Bernard concentrates on management and strategic development of patent portfolios and has significant experience with university technology transfer offices and technology startup companies. He assists startup companies with protection strategies for core intellectual property assets and clearance of products to avoid the intellectual property of others. Megan Rahman is of counsel in the Intellectual Property practice group with Troutman Sanders LLP.  Megan's practice focuses on providing advice and support to individuals and corporations responding to regulatory, civil and criminal investigations.  She has substantial experience in conducting internal corporate investigations, representing clients in agency investigations, and handling federal and state litigation.  Megan has recently handled cases for clients under investigation for government contracting fraud, tax evasion, false claims and money laundering crimes.  She also has significant experience litigating and counseling clients in complex litigation and intellectual property matters, including disputes involving patent, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret violations, unfair competition and breach of contract and business torts.  Prior to joining Troutman Sanders, Megan served as a law clerk to the Honorable James R.
